Ethical Standards
The scientific endeavor demands absolute honesty and unwavering ethical behavior from its participants. Plagiarism, falsification of data, intentional misrepresentation of results, or any other form of ethical misconduct will not be tolerated. This standard applies to all aspects of the graduate program including coursework, teaching, and research. Despite any possible cultural differences relating to ethical behavior, ignorance of accepted practices and professional conduct will provide no excuse for any violation. It is the student's responsibility to understand and follow normally accepted ethical practices.
